Great quality, and service

I have been using this Bio for 6 weeks. Every product I have received within two days, and most importantly, every product that I have purchased has worked in my research. I have these other companies prior, I find that Bioedge has surpassed them in quality, reliability, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend using Bioedge in your research.

Slow shipping and COA mix-up, fixed by support

I just received my edge3 (in 5 days even though I paid for 2 day shipping) and it comes with no instructions. The QR code on the bottle doesn't scan and the coa on their website for my lot number shows a picture of a 20mg bottle and the bottle I received says 24mg. Pretty disappointing. Edit: I was called promptly after this review and had most of my issues resolved by a helpful representative. I received credit for the shipping and was told it was due to my order being after 4th of July weekend after a big sale. Lack of mixing instructions was explained and made sense. COA was fixed on their site which was a little weird because it was a month old coa and they just happened to get a new one with the same lot number an hour after my review. Who knows, maybe they just didn't update it until I brought it to their attention. 2nd Edit: Edge3 seems to be legitimate and customer service is excellent so I'm upping to 5 stars

Better Recovery Than I Expected

I've been using a custom peptide stack from BioEdge Research Labs for the past two months as part of my recovery from a shoulder luxation, and I've been very pleased with my experience. My shoulder has been progressing faster than I expected, and I've also noticed an unexpected improvement in my workout recovery. What previously felt like a three-day recovery period now often feels closer to one day, and I've been feeling stronger during training. After looking into the peptides in my stack, I learned that some are commonly researched for their potential role in tissue repair and recovery, which may help explain what I've personally experienced. Overall, I'm very happy with the results so far and with the progress I've made during these two months. The customer support and prompt responses also have played a role in making me stick with this provider for present and future needs.

Issue resolved in under 24 hours

I've ordered from BioEdge several times, good product, good service. Recently I had an issue with one of their products, I called and easily got a human on the phone. I explained my situation, then I emailed a short video to the person who was helping me. They resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. They mailed out new product and sent me a return label so I could return my unused product. GREAT SERVICE!! very happy, thank you.

LEGIT, TRUSTWORTHY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUICK SHIPPING

I have placed several orders with this company and have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. They sell quality, verified-by-testing products that are trustworthy for your research. I have recommended them to friends and family and now anyone reading this review. On one previous order, they had mistakenly not included (1) vial of the (2) I ordered of the same product. I emailed a pic of the package and customer service responded immediately and had a replacement vial shipped out that day. Afterward, the owner reached out to me and told me he was sorry for the inconvenience, would find out what happened on their end, and make sure it didn't happen to anyone else in the future. THAT is great customer service which should be emulated by all businesses. Lastly, I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and received it yesterday. The package arrived extremely fast and intact. I highly recommend this RUO company!

Good quality but had a missing item on last order

I've had great experiences with multiple orders from BioEdge, consistent quality and on-time delivery each time. However, on my most recent order a compound was missing from the shipment. Hoping they resolve this quickly as prior service has been excellent.
