What customers love about BioLongevity Labs

Triple Third-Party Testing

BioLongevity Labs independently verifies every batch through three separate certified laboratories, including HPLC, LC-MS molecular confirmation, sterility testing, endotoxin screening, and chemical contaminant analysis — with public COAs issued by SafeCert Labs, a CLIA-certified facility.

US-Based GMP Manufacturing

All peptides are manufactured in USA-registered facilities following Good Manufacturing Practices, with the majority of raw materials also sourced domestically, providing stronger supply chain oversight than many competitors.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT ship the same business day via USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or overnight options, with free domestic shipping on orders over $400.

Industry Credibility & Transparent Leadership

The company is a member of the American Peptide Association (APA), publicly names its founders (Jay Campbell, Hunter Williams, Josh Felber), lists a scientific reviewer (Dr. Ky H. Le, MD), and provides a registered corporate address, offering above-average transparency for the sector.

Our top-rated vendor

Vendors are evaluated on third-party testing rigor, certificate of analysis transparency, and pricing. This spotlight is updated as new data comes in.

The vendor below currently holds the highest score across those criteria.

What customers dislike about BioLongevity Labs

No Returns on Peptides

Due to temperature-sensitive storage requirements and the nature of research compounds, BioLongevity Labs does not accept returns on shipped peptides — only unopened supplements within 10 days with a 15% restocking fee.

Relatively New Vendor

Founded in 2024, BioLongevity Labs has a limited track record compared to more established peptide vendors, meaning long-term consistency and community trust are still being established.

Premium Pricing

The emphasis on triple third-party testing, GMP manufacturing, and US-sourced raw materials likely positions BioLongevity Labs at a higher price point than budget-oriented overseas competitors, which may be a barrier for high-volume research buyers.

We screen reviews, but don't fact-check them

Great customer service but hard sell on ShredMax

Customer service is great, but felt there was a hard sell on ShredMax with bold claims made by Jay Campbell. When I tried it, it did nothing — the most expensive bottle of nothing I've ever bought. Would not repurchase this specific product.

I highly recommend his services

Extremely knowledgeable but breaks down complicated concepts for better understanding. Sometimes doctors are so intelligent that they talk over your head and don't always listen to the patient. NOT HERE. He makes it easy to understand and listens intently. I highly recommend his services.

I've been following Jay Campbell

I've been following Jay Campbell for about a year and have transformed my life, utilizing many peptides from BioLongevity Labs that he recommended. My favorite being SLU & Reta combo along with SS-31. It's been an absolute game changer. The research quality and customer service responsiveness have been excellent.
