Great customer service but hard sell on ShredMax
Customer service is great, but felt there was a hard sell on ShredMax with bold claims made by Jay Campbell. When I tried it, it did nothing — the most expensive bottle of nothing I've ever bought. Would not repurchase this specific product.

BPC-157 arrived in unexpected state
Ordered BPC-157, took over a week to arrive and was mailed in an envelope. When it arrived, it contained only 3 solid rocks of product. Not what I expected for the premium price point.

Paid extra for expedited shipping and when my order didn't show up, BioLongevity Labs said it was not their problem and directed me to call FedEx. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Extremely knowledgeable but breaks down complicated concepts for better understanding. Sometimes doctors are so intelligent that they talk over your head and don't always listen to the patient. NOT HERE. He makes it easy to understand and listens intently. I highly recommend his services.
