I didn't even want to give one star

I didn't even want to give one star! They are horrible, and the ridiculous answers the representative gave as to why they have taken over a month to even process the prescription is pitiful. I am surprised with all of the poor reviews that anyone that is reputable would use them at all.

No tracking, no updates, no live person

This has got to be the biggest joke of a pharmacy. No tracking. No emails. No nothing. And won't get any live person on the phone. Paid for it all. It's been weeks. Where's my stuff.

The worst pharmacy ever

The worst pharmacy ever, quick to take payments and then don't update you at least for a month. The customer service is worst either they don't reply to calls or emails or if you are able to speak with them by chance. Their customer service representatives are very ill mannered.

I believe the "medicine" is fake

I truly believe they're dispensing false product. I've used 3 other pharmacies before Empower and everything was great. As soon as my provider switched to Empower, all physical benefits of semaglutide stopped. I'm hungry all the time, stopped losing weight, joints are inflamed, etc. Someone needs to investigate whether their "medicine" contains medicine.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I was hoping Ivim wouldn’t use this pharmacy for my prescription of tirzepitide again because I was sent my last doses from them and I had no effects of the medication. The fact is I was hungrier and started gaining weight again. Unfortunately ivim did use this pharmacy again and it has been sent so I hope it is not saline like I suspect the last batch was.

Zero benefits from NAD+ prescription

I was extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. I have went through another compounding pharmacy for NAD+ prior and felt many positive benefits. Once my Dr. put my prescription through Empower, I saw zero benefits.

Awful product

Awful product. Does not work. Caused multiple GI problems that one cannot live with while taking their product. Inconsistent dosing. Shipping problems

I enjoy empower pharmacy

I see some bad reviews, but I have had 0 issues with empower. They fill my prescription every month on time. My tirzepatide always shows up cold in a nice cooler and works really well, and I'm happy with them so far, on month 3. UPS tracking shows exactly when it'll arrive, and shipping takes 3 days!

Great customer service and product

My primary care provider sends in my prescription directly to Empower. The semaglutide+B12 works exactly as it should, and vials are securely packaged. Customer service has been better than expected; even throughout the delays in access, the representatives are very patient, friendly, and fastidious. Vials ship relatively quickly, now that prescriptions are processed 24 hours a day.

Tirzepatide not working, gaining weight

This medication is missing the ingredients basically faked im on highest dose of tirezepatide and gaining weight the pharmacy before this one was working great I will not go back here waste of money !

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY MEDSPA OWNER

As a medspa founder, this world is all about taking care of your patients and making them feel special. If this is your belief, DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY for anything. It takes roughly 14 days to get an RX, even though they say 4 days!! Maybe 4 days before they even look at the order. I have lost $1000s of dollars in return patients, because they can go to any medspa on the corner and get what they need a lot faster. TRUST ME PLEASE DONT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING BUT ESPECIALLY GLP ORDERS. BELOW i HAVE TO PUT A DATE OF EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately, I can only choose one day but there are several days.

Slow delivery despite paying for 2-day shipping

Has taken anywhere from 12 to 7 business days to receive my script and I pay $25 for 2 day shipping and my prescriber can't do auto refills. So basically I need to allow 2 full weeks for my prescriber to submit, they approve, they fill, then ship. Not acceptable or realistic

No issues here

I read many bad reviews about Empower pharmacy here. My hormone doctor -20yrs in practice -prescribed through this company so I never questioned it. Everything came in the mail within 4 days of my office visit. I also switched providers for my GLP-1Trizepetide, online. I did not know ow it would also come from this company, but it did. I was already on the trizep and can say the product I got works, came in about 5 days from ordering. No issues here.

FIRST ORDER

FIRST ORDER - I did not receive my medication. I opened the box, and it only contained syringes and alcohol wipes. Tried to call and of course no answer.

Years of repeated FDA violations

They have had fda violations for 7 years. California put them on probation because it was so bad. (They no longer can ship there.) One of their glp1’s was recalled in 2025. They ship temperature sensitive medication at the end of the week and it sits at UPS all weekend.

Unsolicited voicemail with personal information — possible scam

Received an unsolicited voicemail from the pharmacy with personal information, raising scam concerns after initial contact.

Four calls to resolve one prescription issue

Why don't they just tell you what the problem is? I'll be spending the next hour posting on all social media.

Ridiculous over-packaging

The packaging is RIDICULOUS. A tiny vial comes in a large box, that has a large styrofoam cooler.

Courteous staff but near-expired products

Very courteous people, but beware. I was sent near expired products.

Received near-expired 3-month supply

I ordered a 3 month supply of a medication and when it arrived, I noticed that my 3 month supply would all expire in 1 month.

Medication does not work — I'm starving

I have been starving all day! I was NEVER hungry with the other… I now have paid for 24 weeks worth that is garbage.

No notification medication is ready, hidden delivery fees

2 weeks later still no call or reminder that medication is ready. Also surprised by undisclosed $50 delivery fees.

Too many mistakes and lack of attention to detail

Recently in last 4-5 months there has been just too many mistakes that revolve around lack of attention to detail.

Prescription sent weeks ago, still nothing

My script was sent on March 23rd. Still nothing. By the time I get my meds I will be two months without medication.

Ghosted when I needed my medication

Pharmacy ghosted me when I depended on the medication. Did not answer phone calls or emails.

I'm sure it's water. I feel hungrier than when I was on nothing… I've wasted this money and will never use this scam pharmacy again.
