Batch-to-batch inconsistency with BPC-157

First BPC-157 bottle produced mild but noticeable effect. Second batch from the same product listing produced no results and appeared to contain less product. Now I understand why this company has such a terrible reputation on Reddit.

BBB Complaint — Received spray bottle with no visible product

Received a spray bottle of P-21 peptide with no visible product inside. Filed BBB complaint. Company explained that trace amounts appear invisible in solution and offered overnight replacement shipment on ice pack plus $100 store credit for the delayed response.

BBB Complaint — Adverse reaction and refund denied

Purchased products totaling $416.67 via Cash App. Experienced adverse allergic reactions. Products described as ineffective. Company stated products are 'for research purposes only' and disclaimed efficacy claims. Demanded full refund of $828.72 including earlier orders and threatened FDA/FTC/CPSC complaints. Concerned about legitimacy of accepting Cash App payments under a personal name.

Customer service never responded

Received a broken BPC-157 bottle with unclear reconstitution instructions. Sent multiple customer service emails over several weeks — none were answered. Left without usable product and no path to resolution.

Purchased Reviews

The owner purchased positive reviews using promo codes and has allegedly gloated about purchased positive reviews in Facebook groups. The large cluster of 5-star reviews all posted within a short window raises serious authenticity concerns.

Good products and service

Placed two orders. First had a processing issue but the company expedited a replacement shipment without hassle. The owner is actively engaged in community forums which gives me confidence in the brand. Overall positive experience.

Poor Customer Service

Order processing was delayed without any notification. When I contacted support the representative was dismissive. Shipping took 14 days instead of the usual 4 days. No explanation or apology was offered.

Ordered from them 2 times. Once was fine, the second, not so much.

Received empty bottle instead of 30mg SEMAX — contained only 0.01mg of product. Multiple emails went unanswered for over a month. First order was fine but second experience left me with no product and no response from support.
