I received the wrong product

I received the wrong product. I reached out to the company through their websites email and didn't hear back so then I had to call them directly. The person I spoke to sent me a printable shipping label to send back the item, which I promptly did. I got an email from someone in the company (Jacob) asking me to send the product back without taking any accountability for sending me the wrong product to begin with. It was odd to me that I had to respond by asking “when are you going to send me what I paid for?” Since he didn't mention it. He told me “it would ship out the next day and he would send me tracking info when it did.” Welp, 4 days later I never received the tracking info and I had to ask again, “when are you going to send my product?” What was worse was I received a survey from Limitless asking how they handled the situation. I gave a poor review and explained why and no one reached out to try and make things right or apologize for the inconvenience. Why send out a survey to begin with if you're not going to do anything about it? pathetic customer service. I finally ended up getting what I bought after all the hassle and terrible customer service. My order # was 189956 and I still have all my correspondence with “Jacob” to back every word I said.

Bad customer service and possible scam

Didn't get my product and support is not responding. I know they respond fast when the inquiry is about their products but they ghost you when it's about an order. It's been a week and no movement has been made on my order and the company has not communicated on what's going on.

An edit to my first review

An edit to my first review. I was able to contact Limitless by phone and they informed me the shipping was my error. I do apologize, for this error and for my former review. The gentlemen I spoke with corrected everything and I received my product quickly. Trying the anti aging serum now, we'll see. Any help with my 11's would be great.

High quality across many products

I've ordered a lot of things from Limitless Life Nootropics. All high quality. Everything from muscle repair, skin repair serums, nootropics, sleep aids. I've tried other companies and Limitless stands out above because of their top tier products ans customer service. I will be a lifelong customer.

Terrible Customer Service, not worth dealing with

Update: after writing this review, I finally got a response that generated my refund a few days later. Not sure how the products are working for me, but the customer service is terrible. I signed up for their ACH payment to receive a 5% discount, and it was not given to me. Their system was also flawed in that they deducted the money from my bank immediately and then failed to ship my products because their system status said awaiting payment. Finally got it shipped, but it's been 2 months since my order date and I still have not received the overcharge refund. I've made many calls and emails and the promise to return my call goes unfulfilled.

Extensive selection, human customer service, excellent packaging

They have an extensive selection on their site, a lot of nasal spray options that are hard to find. I would rate their pricing as very reasonable. This is the first "peptide" company I've delt with where you can actually call and talk with a human (in mins) if you have an issue. I ordered 3 nasal sprays. Anyone who complains about having to mix didn't read the description. Also, reconstituting before use, ensures minimal degradation. Their packaging was the best I've ever seen (I've ordered from ~ 6 other vendors). I'll definitely order from them again.

Never ordering from them again

Limitless has become a company that completely disregards product quality. They take large quantities of bulk powder and divide it into smaller vials in-house, so they don't even know the actual net peptide content of each product, yet they charge prices as if you ordered directly from Pfizer. Update after their reply: a clean room doesn't make non-sterile bulk powder sterile, weighing gives gross weight not net peptide content, and calling manufacturer-vialed product 'premium' while selling hand-divided powder at regular prices is misleading. It's simply no longer worth ordering from.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Can't believe I fell for it. They will take your money then immediately text you and say to get your order you have to make another purchase. Then they will ghost you and you will not receive anything.

They took my money (BTC) never shipped a package, became non-responsive on their customer service outlets. In other words, direct theft under the pretense of selling a product.

Semax and Selank amazing for executive function

I've purchased Semax and Selank which have been amazing for executive function, drive, and mental focus. The PE-22-28 peptide eased my depression so much I was stunned.

Limitless Biotech is by FAR one of the highest quality, most reputable suppliers in the peptide space. I have used their semaglutide, semax/selank, and GHK-Cu — all potent and effective. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Batch-to-batch inconsistency with BPC-157

First BPC-157 bottle produced mild but noticeable effect. Second batch from the same product listing produced no results and appeared to contain less product. Now I understand why this company has such a terrible reputation on Reddit.

BBB Complaint — Received spray bottle with no visible product

Received a spray bottle of P-21 peptide with no visible product inside. Filed BBB complaint. Company explained that trace amounts appear invisible in solution and offered overnight replacement shipment on ice pack plus $100 store credit for the delayed response.

BBB Complaint — Adverse reaction and refund denied

Purchased products totaling $416.67 via Cash App. Experienced adverse allergic reactions. Products described as ineffective. Company stated products are 'for research purposes only' and disclaimed efficacy claims. Demanded full refund of $828.72 including earlier orders and threatened FDA/FTC/CPSC complaints. Concerned about legitimacy of accepting Cash App payments under a personal name.

Customer service never responded

Received a broken BPC-157 bottle with unclear reconstitution instructions. Sent multiple customer service emails over several weeks — none were answered. Left without usable product and no path to resolution.

Purchased Reviews

The owner purchased positive reviews using promo codes and has allegedly gloated about purchased positive reviews in Facebook groups. The large cluster of 5-star reviews all posted within a short window raises serious authenticity concerns.

Good products and service

Placed two orders. First had a processing issue but the company expedited a replacement shipment without hassle. The owner is actively engaged in community forums which gives me confidence in the brand. Overall positive experience.

Poor Customer Service

Order processing was delayed without any notification. When I contacted support the representative was dismissive. Shipping took 14 days instead of the usual 4 days. No explanation or apology was offered.

Ordered from them 2 times. Once was fine, the second, not so much.

Received empty bottle instead of 30mg SEMAX — contained only 0.01mg of product. Multiple emails went unanswered for over a month. First order was fine but second experience left me with no product and no response from support.
