All the nonsense talk regarding Loti Labs is useless to those that know their reputation. Their quality product and service is second to none. And is not a scam!!

Product and service spot on

Loti labs is excellent! Product and service have been spot on! I’ve been using them for about 4 years and have never had an issue. I would question the motives of those giving bad reviews

Shipments came on time

I NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH LOTILABS AT ALL. SHIPMENTS CAME ON TIME. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BAD REVIEWS I AM READING HERE. LOTILABS IS LEGIT.

No issues and I see results

I have bin purchasing products from them and have no issues everything seems fine and the products that I use I definitely see results

Helpful service rep, 6 years without issues

Julie from customer service was knowledgeable and very understanding she helped me with my order because I was having issues making the payment. On another note I have been using Loti Labs for over 6 years and never had an issue with any of the products they offer I also have recommended dozens of people over the years and they are also very satisfied with the product.

Scam Tracker report: fake peptides

This company sells fake peptides and “research chemicals,” which turn out to just be essential oils. I tried to buy peptides (which turned out to be fake), but they also sell prescription drugs under the guise of being “research chemicals.”

Fast same-day shipping but overpriced vs competitors

Loti Labs ships same-day on orders placed before 1pm EST, which is great. Customer service is generally responsive. However, their pricing is significantly above market average. The lack of named manufacturing facilities and the use of mass spectrometry and UV analysis only — without full HPLC impurity profiling — is a concern for a premium-priced vendor.

Finnrick test: BPC-157 purity good but consistently underfilled

Independent Finnrick testing of 5 BPC-157 samples between March and May 2025 showed purity ranging from 98.25%–99.70%, which is acceptable. However, all vials labeled as 5mg were consistently underfilled, containing only 3.73–4.08mg of actual peptide — a shortfall of 18–25%. This resulted in a tentative 'E (Bad)' rating from Finnrick. Average Finnrick score across 5 tests: 3.5 (range 2.2–4.5).

Sent wrong product and never corrected the error

Delivery via USPS took nearly 10 days in transit. When the package arrived, they sent me Oxytocin instead of TB-500. I contacted them to correct their error and they never replied back. Very disappointed — will not order again.

Counterfeit T3 — blood work confirmed no effect

Received what appeared to be counterfeit T3 product. Blood work showed normal levels instead of the elevated ones expected from genuine product. This is a serious quality control failure and I will not be ordering again.

99.1% purity confirmed by MZ Biolabs

Loti Labs Ipamorelin 2mg tested at 99.1% purity by MZ Biolabs in February 2023. Product arrived quickly and customer service was responsive throughout the process. Prices are on the higher end but quality was confirmed via independent testing.

Extremely impressed — 8 purchases in

They had great customer service, with a very quick response time. The shipping was also very quick, and there were no issues with the package or the order. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Loti Labs. Independent lab testing confirmed BPC-157 at 99.2% purity and TB-500 at 100% purity.

Four years without a single issue

I have purchased my research liquids and peptides from Loti Labs for the past 4 years and never once have I had an issue. Pricing is fair, shipping is fast, and customer service always responds quickly.
