I recently placed an order with Peptide Pro and had a really good experience overall. There was a small issue at the beginning when my payment went through but didn't show up on my account. I contacted customer support and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Casey handled my case and resolved everything fast, confirmed the payment, and got the order moving without any back-and-forth. Shortly afterward, my product was shipped and just arrived. In my experience, this has been some of the best customer service I've received from a peptide supplier. A year of orders, best service

I've been ordering from them for almost a year and haven't had any issues with their products. They are quick to fix any issues like a busted shipment, which they replaced quickly. I have tested mot-c, tirz,Reta, rejuvenate and pt141 . All worked on my test subjects. I recently placed an order with the wrong address but they quickly changed it before it shipped! Best service hands down!

Peptide Pro, Great Experience!

I’ve been withe Peptide pro for about a month now, there products are legit, the products have worked very well for my test subjects, they all come with a certificate of analysis, which is important for me for verification. There prices are very reasonable, & they offer great discounts that I’ve been taking advantage of. There customer service is the best, I enjoy talking with them, they took care of me, helped me out when I needed help, like I said I’ve only been with them for about a month, so they helped me figure things out, now I’m good to go. Cloudy Peptides after reconstituting

Bad product buyer beware Ordered Peptidepro’s RTA glp (Reta). Reconstituted with the BAC water provided with order and it came out cloudy. Reached out to customer service and after 3 days sent out a replacement. Same thing happened with the replacement (cloudy). Reached out to customer service again and asked to return the product. 6 days later they responded with no refund and no other replacement will be sent but hope I understand. Learn from my experience and order elsewhere or risk getting screwed sideways.

Locked out of account with no way to contact

I was locked out of the site when trying to create an account and had no way to contact the company. Experienced significant delays during their sale event. Very frustrating experience.

COA on seller site did not match testing site

After receiving my product, I noticed the Certificate of Analysis (COA) was different on the seller's site than on the actual testing lab's site. It looks like information may have been falsified. I reached out to both the testing company and Peptide Pro — both responded blaming each other. Also had an issue with improperly crimped caps on the vials.

Really impressed with BPC-157 and TB-500

I have been using BPC-157 and TB-500 from PeptidePro for a few weeks and am really impressed. The order came quick, packaging was professional, and the products were exactly as described.
