Their website states 24 hr next day ship I ordered on Saturday so I expect my order to be shipped Monday , they sent a tracking number Monday but didn’t drop of package I emailed the company Monday and told them if I couldn’t get my order by Thursday to just please cancel it I was going to be out of town working that Friday for 2 weeks they said they had Covid and they would ship in 72 hours I asked again please refund my card and cancel order it won’t make it in time beings all they did was create a shipping label, so by Wednesday my order still had not been dropped off to usps , so I asked again please cancel my order and refund my card beings you still have not shipped they said no refund and were complete ass holes and rude told me they were looking out for people health that they were only a 2 man operation and couldn’t work sick they needed to clean I told them cancel my unshipped order , I would contact my bank they basically said good luck it would take 90 days For my bank to try and get my money back ! then Friday came along and I contacted them again they said they shipped my order then provided me with a snap shot of a picture with a different shipping number and said that package was sent Friday morning , I had also told them that I had just seen several reviews that they pulled the same thing all the way back 3 month ago with people those lucky enough to get a order delivered when they did get the peps they were garbage with false coa or no matching coa complete powder dust not in puck form along with so many other things ! 10 emails of sarcasm and excuses , I’m sending the peptides straight to fda along with all the information on these 2 guys they are now in radar from Myself and others that were scammed by them ! People will get hurt injecting the crap they sell and money stolen !

Arrived after 4 weeks, looked sketchy

I had the same experience and was told it didn't ship because they had a bunch of rain etc, finally got my stuff 4 weeks later and threw it away it looked sketchy I would not use them either and yes they tried to gaslight me and make me feel bad for them as well, I wasn't having it

Shipping excuses and contradictory answers

I had the same experience, with a BS excuse that it takes 72 hours for the USPS tracking system to update (which is total bullshit), then they said it was delayed due to weather. When I emailed them again asking when they were really going to drop off my package, they said I should've received half my order by now. Then someone else emailed me from the company to tell me that's wrong and that it would be shipped the following day. They're just a couple of assholes that do nothing but lie.
