A year without a bad experience

I've been micro dosing on Reta to manage inflammation for multiple autoimmune diseases I have. First off, it has changed my life, I feel like I have it back. I've been ordering from Prime Peptides and Pura Peptides and just ordered from NorthWest Peptides. All 3 disclose testing information and all are located in the USA. If any of you have feed back on any three of these providers I'd love to hear about it. After a year of using them, I haven't had a bad experience

Pura resent my package

I ordered last week. It was supposed to ship by yesterday. I emailed them they responded fast. Said they were behind and gave me a choice to refund or wait and gave me a 20% discount code. Idk, I might go back to pura peptides and Bluum and eat the cost a little. They didn’t delay so bad and in fact pura sent my package a second time so I had basically an order for free which was nice of them.

Severe allergic reaction, sticky powder

Worst experience ever. I had to through away about 200 bucks because their peptides mostly consist of mannitol which gives most of people irritation at least, I had a worst allergic reaction ever, and believe me I have been using peptides for 6 years already, never had anything like that. I had terrible hives all over my body especially on the stomach arms and legs, my women's parts, eyes and face were super itchy, I had to take allegra and benadril together to calm it down, it went away in 5 days but NEVER AGAIN FOR PURA peptides. Back to Peptide Sciences and Canlab. I later took another bottle from the fridge and compared to another brand. The difference is huge, pura's peptide powder don't move in the bottle if you try to shake it or turn upside down, because it's so so sticky due to the ginormous amount of sticky sugar (mannitol) and it doesn't dissolve as other brands do. STAY AWAY from this brand. It all happened a couple of month ago around March 2026.

Order cancelled, never refunded

The worst peptide company you can order from! This is a scam. They took my money, canceled my order, and neither refunded me nor sent the product. They completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. When I filed a dispute with my bank, they suddenly started calling me and asking me to cancel it because it was “bad for their business.” They promised to issue a refund, but never returned my money. Then they told my bank that I had supposedly purchased a gift card instead of peptides and therefore they didn’t owe me anything. That is completely false. No emails or phone calls have helped resolve this issue. This is a scam company.

Arrived in 3 days, support replaced a vial

Ordered from them in early March, got it in 3 days and had no issues. The first vial of Reta I recieved didn’t dissolve well, their customer service advised it was the brand of bac water I was using, shipped me a new vial along with their recommended vax water. Down ~12 pounds, just cycled off

Missing items and no response from support

I would not order from them. Its great when things go right. But when they do not, your money is lost and all you talk to is an AI voicemail or text. I had an order that was missing items. Called, text, and sent emails. Nothing. Of course, if you dispute the refuse service in the future. Don't mae my mistake. Spend your money with a legit company.

Large order cancelled, no human support

Pura fulfilled an $850 order a few months ago and cancelled (for no reason given) a $1715 order 2 weeks ago. No human to talk to, no reply to emails, , no tracking #, just texts with their chatbot. Flagged the transaction as fraudulent and recieved a provisional credit including the unexpected $51.45 "Processing Fee". Buyer beware.

Very disappointing experience

I would not recommend ordering from Pura Peptides based on my experience. Over two months ago, I placed an $87 order that was unfortunately misdelivered by UPS. I understand that the misdelivery itself was not Pura Peptides’ fault, so I filed a claim with UPS. The claim was resolved, and UPS confirmed that the money was reimbursed to Pura Peptides. I was then told that I needed to contact Pura Peptides directly to receive my $87 refund. Since then, I have emailed them twice, called three times, and even texted them once. I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The only responses I received were from AI/automated agents, and nobody actually addressed the issue or returned my money. At this point, it has been over two months. I have neither the $87 I paid nor the product I ordered, despite UPS having already reimbursed the company. I now have to involve my bank to try to recover my money. Regardless of where the original delivery mistake occurred, the lack of customer service and failure to resolve this after multiple attempts is extremely frustrating. Two months is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for $87 that should have been refunded. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their customer service and handling of this situation.
