Running this specific stack while in a 250-calorie surplus creates a highly unique physiological environment. Typically, peptides like Retatrutide and MOTS-c are used for cutting, while CJC/Ipamorelin and tissue-repair blends are used for building or healing.By pairing them with a lean surplus, you are essentially aiming for a highly optimized, hyper-efficient lean bulk (recomposition). Here is exactly what you can expect to experience physically, metabolically, and performance-wise:1. Muscle Growth & Body CompositionExtreme Lean Gains: A 250-calorie surplus is a perfect "lean gain" window. Because Retatrutide (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) and MOTS-c aggressively push your body to burn fatty acids for fuel, the extra calories you eat are highly likely to be shuttled directly into muscle protein synthesis rather than fat storage. The "Dry" Full Look: The CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin will increase intramuscular water retention and glycogen storage, giving your muscles a pumped, full appearance. However, because Retatrutide acts as a mild diuretic and prevents severe systemic bloating, you will likely look full without looking soft or watery.2. Training Performance & RecoveryRapid Injury Recovery: With 3 mg/week each of BPC-157 and TB-500, combined with GHK-Cu, your recovery from heavy lifting will be incredibly rapid. Minor joint aches, tendonitis, and muscle soreness will likely disappear within days.Endless Endurance: MOTS-c acts as an exercise mimetic, significantly increasing ATP (cellular energy) production. During your workouts, you can expect a noticeable delay in the "burn" (lactic acid buildup) and a much faster recovery time between heavy sets.3. Appetite and Eating ChallengesThe Internal Tug-of-War: This will be your biggest mental hurdle. A 250-calorie surplus requires you to eat more than maintenance. However, Retatrutide is a potent appetite suppressant that slows gastric emptying.Force-Feeding: You can expect to feel full very quickly. Achieving your calorie surplus might feel like a chore. To hit your target without digestive distress, you will likely need to rely on calorie-dense, easily digestible foods (like liquid carbohydrates, cream of rice, or clean fats) rather than massive volumes of solid food.4. Metabolic and Physical SensationsElevated Body Heat: The combination of a caloric surplus, glucagon agonism (Retatrutide), and mitochondrial activation (MOTS-c) will turn up your internal thermostat. Expect to sweat more, feel warmer during the day, and potentially experience night sweats.Fluctuating Energy Levels: While MOTS-c gives a cellular energy boost, GH secretagogues (CJC/Ipa) and BPC-157 can cause deep lethargy or tiredness, especially 1–2 hours after injection. You may find yourself needing deep sleep or experiencing vivid dreams due to the enhanced REM sleep from the growth hormone pulse.Summary of What to ExpectIf your nutrition and training are locked in, you can expect to gorge your muscles with nutrients, experience elite-level recovery, and gain clean, lean tissue with virtually zero fat accumulation. Your main battle will simply be overriding Retatrutide's appetite suppression to actually consume your 250-calorie surplus.

Frequently asked questions
What is a peptide dosage calculator?
A peptide dosage calculator is a free tool that converts your vial size, bacteriostatic water volume, and target dose into an exact syringe draw volume. Instead of doing the reconstitution math by hand, you enter three inputs and instantly get the concentration of your solution and how many milliliters or syringe units to draw. This calculator works for single peptide compounds and multi-peptide blends.
How do I calculate peptide dosage from a vial?
To calculate your peptide dose, divide the total peptide content of your vial in micrograms by the volume of bacteriostatic water you added in milliliters. This gives you your solution concentration in mcg/mL. Then divide your target dose by that concentration to get your draw volume. For example, a 5mg (5,000 mcg) vial reconstituted with 2mL of BAC water gives a concentration of 2,500 mcg/mL. A 250 mcg dose would require drawing 0.1mL. This calculator automates all of those steps instantly.
How much Bacteriostatic water should I add to a peptide vial?
Most people add 2mL to 3mL of bacteriostatic water per vial, but the right amount depends on the dose you want to draw and the syringe size you are using. Adding 1mL to a 5mg vial gives you a concentration of 5,000 mcg/mL, making each dose very small in volume. Adding 2mL gives you 2,500 mcg/mL, which is easier to measure on a standard insulin syringe. A general guideline is to choose a volume that puts your typical dose somewhere between 10 and 30 units on a U-100 syringe. Use the calculator above to test different water volumes and find what works for your dose.
How are peptides different from proteins?
Both are made of amino acids, but peptides are much smaller than proteins. Because of their tiny size, peptides can act like tiny messengers in the body, sending specific signals to your cells to tell them exactly what to do.
